This is a wonderful demonstration of how our minds are wired to understand music. What I find intriguing is how Bobby FcFerrin uses his whole body to demonstrate concepts to make the real to the audiences of world.
A few years ago I demonstrated the construction of a sales letter from the stage. And to this day, that talk about the sales process is a part of my being.

When I worked in the robotics industry many years ago, there was this guy named Scott. He just made me laugh one day because I asked him what his role was and he said, “I am the idea guy.”
Why is this funny and how does this apply now?
While ideas are very important and we have to have them, at some point someone has to take the idea and do something with it. There are millions of ideas available right now in the US patent office. Some of them are good, some are bad and some are just plain crazy but all in all they are ideas.
When I hear someone say that they are an idea guy, I always get a bit worried. If you are just an idea guy when did you get the practical and pragmatic experience to know when your idea is a good one?
-
Knowledge is step one.
-
Getting an Idea is step two.
-
Building Something is step three.

What do we share most? What is that thing that we can't get out of our mind most? What carries us to other times in our lives?
The answer is music.
Check out the rise of the ipod. Look at what makes a good movie great. You will find that music is the underpinning of much of our emotional response. This company entered the market with music and then kept moving.
Obviously, I am studying music as it relates to business development and emotional response. As I was doing my research, I came across this video of the IPod release.
The innovation sequencing is incredible. This is a great example of product and service integration.
- Time
- Capacity
- Price
- Size

There is nothing that can ever be deemed ordinary. A simple child’s toy in the right hands becomes something completely different.
A yo-yo is not a yo-yo until you limit it.
This is an awesome demonstration of what innovation and imagination can produce.
This is just a body, a mind and the yo-yo.
The coordination is incredible.
What ordinary thing can you use to produce extraordinary results?

How To Create A Online User Experience That Creates A Sale
Every now and again. I come across a website that really illustrates a best practice. You will always see commentary about the “online or web user experience” and how you should engage the visitor. Instead of talking about user experience – Let me show you.
Bear in mind that I have the idea that website are to be used and are a tool for communication to the market. Your website actually should have a purpose and should “do something”. Not just look nice.
How boring is paint? When was the last time that you got excited about paint?
Here’s great example of creating a perfect online user experience. This site is for people that are looking to paint a room in their home and want to see what it will look like before they buy the paint.
