Graph Your Way To Success: Track Your Life And Work

Graphing For Personal Time Management.

We either do it or we don’t.

That is the name of the game for me these days. Did I get it gone or not. And, am I doing more of the right things and less of the wrong things.

  • Where are you spending your time?
  • What are you doing?
  • Is it working?
  • Are you tracking yourself?

I came across his new online graphing tool called Track-N-Graph.

The Difference Between Tracking And Graphing

As you already know, I like to keep track of most things I do.  Keeping track is one thing. That is as easy as a small notebook and a pencil. But what if I forget it that system is shot. Bad thing for sure…

Anyway, graphing is taking time management to the next level. Adding time is critical to your long term success. Only when you graph something can you see what your trends are over time and how it's changing. Up, down or sideways.

This is a neat online application that allows you to track things from anywhere you are. It works with your cell phone and if you are like me. I always have my cell phone when I am out and about.

Yep. Old Paper And Pencil Technology With A High Tech Twist.

Let's say you're looking to see your progress at the gym. If you have a web enabled cell phone, you can log into your account remotely. And get the information into this online tracking program.

One of the ways that people fail with tracking is that there's no convenient or easy way to keep the notes up to date. Usually you have to write the information down to record it, then get to a computer open up a program and then next enter the data to get a graph. You miss one day then the next and then the “missing a day habit” is created again.

This solves that problem.

Login, Enter, Done…

Let’s say you’re at the gym and your forgot your notebook. Use your cell phone. Log into your account. Enter your numbers and you're good to go.

This is great…

So now I don't have any excuse. For not keeping up with my numbers. If I have my cell phone and a signal, I can keep everything keeping my numbers to make sure that I am on track.

Just another tracking and time management application that ran across that I thought you'd like to know about.

Oh and by, the way it's free unless you want the premium service.

And even if you don’t use the cell phone to enter the data. The input is easy enough so that it worthwhile to use anyway.

So keep track of yourself.

Enjoy,

David Bullock
