Most companies will not take the time to look and see what they are doing. And are thus flying by the seat of their pants.

Real quick here’s how to use this thinking.

Look first… What do you care about fixing?

Observe second… What do you see that can be changed?

Act third… What can you do? Now do something!

Decide Fourth… What happened? What to do next?

Most business owners don’t Look, don’t Observe, don’t Act and don’t Decide.
