Life always looks easier for the other guy. It always sounds simple when someone else has already done the work and forged a path.

I just spent the day reworking a website. Fixing links. Testing the whole site. Devising a traffic plan. Setting up a shopping cart. Cleaning out extra files. Learning about a new traffic source. Setting up tracking programs for my sites.

Why? Because life has taught me that if I don’t do the work nothing is going to happen. And business requires a certain amount of diligence and care.

The little things add up. And in the end, we are the only ones who can do the little things.
