The real question is how your business will change the world. After many years in corporate America I decided to leave and start my own company focused on helping leaders of all size companies rapidly increase performance and profit. To me this is at the core of business because profit gives leaders the choices they need to make to fulfill their dreams and make a difference. When companies are profitable they hire people and that's what fuels the economy and in turn this great nation. It's not the money.
